Versa shows the Fitbit logo only

My watch was working fine until 20 mins ago. Now all I am getting is the fitbit logo flashing on my watch screen. I've tried the 3 button reset, the only thing that happens is the logos keeps blinking, every few seconds.

Any suggestions?

Hi @SemperFly, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community.

 

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it only shows the Fitbit logo on the screen. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please try a regular restart. To do so on your device, follow the steps listed in this help article. After this, check out if the issue gets fixed.
