My versa is only 1 year old. I however have only had it for a day! I bought it off of Facebook marketplace and the previous owner says she’s never had problems with it. All I can see is the blue lines. I can feel vibrations so, it’s like the watch is ok but, the screen has just malfunctioned. I called customer service and he told me to reset ( which I’ve been doing all day), change the clock face to a Fitbit one (did it), and that was it. I was told I was going to get a 25% discount on my new one but, that’s still more than I paid for my current one. I see a lot of other people are having this problem. Does anyone know why it happens? Is there a fix besides those stated above?
