Versa shows wrong sleep duration and no sleep stages

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I slept from 23.51 to 8.31, roughly 8 hours. Versa insists that's 4.37 hours a d refuses to show sleep stages. Looks like when it doesn't have the detailed sleep stages, it doesn't count the 'restless' time as sleep. Deleting the sleep log and adding it back manually doesn't help. Any clues as to why?

Hi @Angeash, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not registering the correct sleep time and sleep stages data. I totally understand how you feel about this.

In order to fix this issue, I'd like you to restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep and sleep stages data.

Finally, monitor your watch and see if it tracks and registers your sleep and sleep stages data properly.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
