Versa shut down after swimming

My Versa is only 4 weeks old. Went swimming and it shut down   Can’t turn it back on?  What should I do ??

I’m so sorry to hear that 😞 I don’t think  there is anything you can do but contact customer service.  I hope it works out for you!

Obviously the versa is NOT waterproof , it can go completly dead after a swim (mine worked ok the first time i went for a hour swim, few days later after a swim it died completly.
