I’ve had this Versa for a couple months. It gets put on the charger every single morning while I get ready. Battery is never below 60%. It will not turn on this morning. I’ve tried resetting it. It has been on the charger for a while now and no sign of life.

Let me help you with your Versa not responding and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
