Versa shut off and won't turn back on

At some point between now and last night my fitbit shut off and now it will not turn back on.  I've put it on the charger and it wouldn't light up or buzz like it usually does to show that it is charging. I've held every button + button combo trying to restart, all with no luck. My account shows it synced at 8:38pm with medium battery life left. Please help.

Try pressing all 3 buttons down until screen comes on.  That worked for me the other day.  Hope it helps you.

I have the versa lite with only 1 button.  I tried to do a factory reset and now i only get a flashing icon.

I was trying both all three buttons as well as left and bottom right button and it came back on. Would seem holding left and bottom right did mine. Was going back and forth between all three and the two, and it popped on.

I have the identical issue!!!

My Versa switched off at 05:50 with 48% battery and I will not turn on whatever 😡

I have had it on charge all day and it was warm when I unplugged it so charger working I guess.
Hopefully someone or Fitbit have a solution to help please????

Have you tried the live chat option? I always find that to be almost instant support.
