My Versa is shutting down every time I swipe down for my notifications. I have shut down and restarted. Help!

Hi, a restart of your watch is not enough to solve that. Try restarting your Versa several times in a row (might take 4 to 5 times) by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Good luck!!
