Versa shutting off and battery draining after last update!

Since the last Versa update, my watch has been going downhill fast.  It will shut off during a workout all by itself, and the battery does not last one day.  At 5pm today it was dead, 0% and I've never had this trouble before the update. Reset this watch, and no improvement.  Please find a solution for this Versa Fitbit community!  I would guess we are all having the same problem after the new update.  Thank you.

I’ve had the same issue and reported it via live chat yesterday. My issue is I turn the watch off at night and when i restart in the morning the battery is either flat or 50% has gone just from being turned off!! Waiting for a reply to this morning email that I sent. Didn’t have this issue before the latest update.

I am having the same issue. I restarted the watch after it just had a black screen after charging all day after the update had completed. I thought it would be a one off but when I charged it again it again looked as though it hadn’t charged. I restarted it again. It showed it was on 5% after a whole day of charging. I put it on my wrist and the % went up slowly on my wrist! It went up to about 96% at the highest. Any help available please? Thanks in advance!
