I have only had my Versa for 6 months and continue to have issues with it shutting off without any warning (which means no credit for steps). It is so frustrating!!! I make sure it is charged and syncing to my phone. Has anyone else had issues? I am not sure whether to return it to the store or if I will have to send it in for Fitbit to look at it. Too expensive to have issues this soon.

I held all 3 buttons to do a restart. The Fitbit will work on the charger but the minute I take it off the charger, screen goes black and won’t come on.

This is a continuing problem with the Versa. Mine is being replaced as we speak. Have had since February. There are multiple posts regarding this problem. I've seen posts going back at least a year now. Fitbit doesn't seem interested in fixing the problem. Just send it in and they'll send you another one. I was very pleased with the watch till it died. Now I will get whatever they send me and hope that this one will not die also.

Thanks for the information. It is very disappointing when you spend that kind of money, they know there are issues with their product and Fitbit continues to sell them. Everyone swears by the Apple Watch 😫
