Versa shutting on and off by itself

My Versa started shutting down, reboot with the logo, and then shut down again. It will occasionally get to the watch screen only to start the process all over again a few seconds later. 

I have tried: factory default reset, pushing all 3 buttons and then lifting the lower right, and anything else I could find to try.  Is anyone else having this issue? Did you find a solution?
