Unless I do a complete factory reset about once a week my Versa won’t track any sleep at all. I thought it was a sync issue at first but it appears to be not tracking on my devise the last few nights.
I’ve tired the 3 restarts, the heart rate is working, I’ve turn on and off and changed the sensitivity and it is more than 75% charged. Is this just a faulty product as I see so many of the same complaints and Fitbit doesn’t seem to care too much.
Contemplating another brand instead of risking an upgrade to another Fitbit. Help? Thoughts? Fixes?
