My Fitbit Versa had been working relatively well until yesterday. My HR when waking was reading over 200 and remained in peak for the duration of the day. I have also gotten simplified sleep readings that are several hours short of actual sleep time for the last two nights. I have performed several restarts and turned HR meter off and back on numerous times to no avail....my only guess is that my tracker is broken or has aged out although it is not that old and I would be shocked if this were the case.

Hi @JuanJoFitbit no worries about the delayed response, I understand. Yes, I did talk with support x3. Unfortunately, there appears to be no solution at the moment to my problem but I’m sure you are aware of this already.
