Is there a problem today with the dashboard, suddenly no sleep or step activety on the dashboard?

@katiemacny it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Regarding the sleep and steps information that your Dashboard is not showing, I would like to know if the issue is happening on the web-based Dashboard or the Fitbit app.
If the issue is happening on the Fitbit app, please make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, try logging out of the app, restart your phone, open the app, log in and see if the information appears as it should.

@katiemacny I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'm so glad to hear that you managed to get the issue resolved by cleaning the back of your Versa. Thank you for posting the update here.
