I've been having problems with this Versa steps and mileage but now it's added not updating the sleep hours on the device. The app is fine but I have had the same sleep hours on the watch for the last 4 days. Any suggestions?

I'm having the same issue. The only way I've been able to get the update is to turn off my phone and turn it back on. When the phone and fitbit synch it updates the sleep. There must be an easier way but I have yet to find it.

Yeah, I tried that already. I'm thinking I have a lemon as this is one of many problems. 😞

I too am having this issue. Frustrating to have to view the app to see sleep patterns.

So far no solution except to turn off my phone and turn it back on. That helps some but it should be easier. Haven't had a chance to check on the Versa site to see if there is anyone to contact

I thought I had a solution but it only worked twice. So I just turned off sleep hours and gave up.

Turning my watch or phone off doesn't make it update. Also I took a nap and it wasn't added to dashboard or phone.

No kidding. But if the sleep hours don't update then no reason to display the sleep hours

Well I'm hoping it's going to spark some research from Fitbit, but like you said this watch is a whole lot of work. First it doesn't track hourly steps, then sleep hours on the watch are from days ago, now it's not updating for a nap. High maintenance equipment. Uninstall, install, force closure, shut the phone, shut the watch, tap your head, rub your belly. Too much work.

Hi, if I understand you well, you want Sleep displayed on your Versa, correct? If yes, swipe up from the bottom of your display and the Today screen will be shown. It only shows the activities you have enabled, so scroll down on that screen untill you see "settings" and press that and then scroll to Sleep and activate it. This should show Sleep on your Versa, but only it you activate the Today screen.

It doesn't update, like I said in the title of the message.

Hi, sorry but it was not obvious for me that you meant that. Try restarting your Versa several times by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons untill the Fitbit Logo appears and release the buttons.

Probably you mean the Versa instead of your phone by writing this: "but not the phone".

Yes, some problems are only solved after several restarts. Of course it's obvious that you only will see if that procedure worked after a coming good night sleep, cause Fitbit will not show one that has already "passed". Good luck!!

OK, I'm not sure I've solved the total problem but I did clear the old sleep hours. I forgot the Versa on the charger last night, after turning off the sleep app on the watch, this morning it showed unknown when I turned the sleep app back on. Better than still showing Thurs, time. We'll see how it goes.

Hi @vadercr, @Emily120pmf and @katiemacny and nice to see you here. Welcome to the Forums @Gabby31952 Thanks for the great help @SunsetRunner.
Thanks for the steps that you already try here. If your Versa is not showing the same sleep information that you have on your Fitbit app and you already have tried the restart. Also confirmed that this options is turn "On" on the Settings of Today.
Please turn off Sleep options on your Versa > Today > Settings. Then sync your Versa and turn it back on. If you're using a third party clock face, change it to a different one and sync the information again. Users have reported that this helps.
@katiemacny Thanks for the update. Next time, please note that naps at least an hour in length will be automatically detected by your device and stored in your sleep history otherwise they won't show up.
Let me know if this helped.

So, I'm also having trouble with sleep displaying on the 'Today' function of my Versa. At best, it displays maybe two days of every week. The information is available on the app on my phone, but not my watch.
I am using a Fitbit watch face. I have tried restarting the watch and my phone several times. None of this helps. All the other data (e.g. steps) shows on 'Today', it's just sleep that doesn't work.
