Hi all,
I have recently bought a Versa, after using the Charge 2 for over a year, but I am finding some problems surrounding the sleep tracking.
Hope someone can help me solve this problem! (I already tried restarting the watch, my phone and the Bluetooth).
Kind regards,
Anniek

Hey @AnniekJose, welcome to the Community.
There can be a few reasons why you are seeing these inaccuracies. Mainly, I would recommend adjusting how you wear your Versa to bed. The way sleep tracking works is once the watch no longer detects movement, it will start recording a sleep log. When you wake up in the morning, get out of bed and take some steps, that way your watch will recognize you are awake.
For you it might be better to wear it a little tighter and also play around wearing it on your left versus your right wrist. In the meantime, keep in mind that you can always edit your sleep and for more information, take a look at our help article What should I know about sleep stages?.
Let me know how it goes.

Hi @AlejandraFitbit, thanks for the tips. The last few days I wore the Versa a bit tighter, and indeed, it hasnt missed a day since and the times seem to be correct. So @SunsetRunner, that might be a good tip for you as well 🙂
The only problem that now remains is the first one I mentioned, about the difference in the time slept displayed on the dashboard and in the detailed page.

My wife has the Versa and I have the Ionic. The Ionic is doing the exact same thing when it comes to sleep. One night I went to sleep at 9:30pm but it didn't detect I was asleep until 12:30am. Last night I recorded it manually by starting and stoping the sleep log and it worked but I shouldn't have to do that.

Hello, I bought my Versa Special Addition early last May. Had sleep log problems from the start and heart rate not accurate. I returned for replacement with Amazon because FitBit is going to take a whole month to get back your watch regardless of repair, replace or returned! With the replacement watch I’ve had less problems at first but not now! Same old thing! Inaccurate heart rate, no sleep log or no details and needing rebooting to get sleep log. Going through customer support now and looks like maybe third watch in four months. Big broblem if this happens, then I’ll be without heart monitoring for at lest a month! I would LOVE my Versa if only it functioned as advertised!!
