Versa sleep score not showing

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Could someone please help me. My Versa stopped showing the sleep score last week after 7 months of no issues. I’ve done a reboot of the watch and reinstalled the app but it’s still not working. No my sleep position has not changed and the watch is charged so it’s not anything that Fitbit has posted as possible reasons why. Any suggestions? I have an iOS device which is updated as well.

Hi @KG1010, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not showing your sleep score information. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data.

After this, check out this help article, under the subject "Why don’t I see a sleep score in the Fitbit app?" in order to follow the steps listed. Finally, monitor your Versa and see if it provides sleep score information.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
