Versa sleep tracker has stopped working and step count jumps up and down throughout day

My versa has been fabulous until the last 5 days.

Now the step count jumps up and down throughout the day by 10000 - 20000steps. Secondly the sleep tracker has not worked at all for last 5 days. Other functions are working fine.

i have removed it, reconnected it, as well as deleted and reinstalled the app. Is anyone else having these issues or knows what I can try next?

Hello @BOB888

Sync your Versa first so you don't loose any current data.

Have you tried to restart your Versa, then sync it.

Yep. I am. The last 7 days my sleep is not recording and syncing. Not having the extra steps though. But I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice now and to no avail. Very frustrating! I hope I don't lose all my sleep data.

Thanks for the suggestions... thankfully I did sync before hand but no the restart hasn’t worked 😔

It is very frustrating!! I have done that several times now also and it hasn’t worked either.

I also looked for an update but there wasn’t one available.

It is disheartening and makes me wonder if I should replace it with a different brand altogether

What is the trick to fix your steps from jumping way up?  This is the second time my versa2 has jumped from around 10,250 all the way up to 29,000. Last time was approx same numbers.

A sync or two of the watch and a restart of the app seemed to resolve last time but no luck this time

Hi,

I deleted the app, restarted the watch and started from fresh and it has worked well since then.

Good luck!
