Versa sleep tracking is not accurate

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Fitbit app updated this morning and after the update the sleep tracker gave me whole new info. No REM, no light sleep, no deep sleep. Instead restless sleep!!! Is it just me or the whole sleep tracking app has been changed for the worst?

Hi, to accurately log your Sleep, a period of at least 3 hours continuous sleep is necessary to show you the several stagesof your Sleep. If Sleep did not detect that time span, you either get only the toal time you were resting or indeed Restless sleep. See how this evolves the coming nights. I think that everyone faces this problem form time to time. So, for the moment I would not worry about it.

@Veroniqua Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I want to follow up on the sleep tracking issues that your Versa is experiencing.

I'd like to know if the issue persists or if your Fitbit app shows the correct sleep information now.

In the meantime, please log out of the Fitbit app, restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, open the app again and log in. Finally, monitor your sleep and see if the information gets synced to your app properly.

Thank you for your help @SunsetRunner!

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀
