I'm a little confused. I got a versa a few weeks ago and it has never accurately tracked my sleep. Some nights it says I wasn't asleep at all, others it says I slept for 1 hour. I've tried everything you are supposed to try and I know about "sleep cycles" That aint the problem. I'm confused because my cheaper smaller fitbit tracked my sleep with no issues and many people seem to be having this problem in forums. I upgraded to a more expensive one that doesn't work? Whats up fitbit? Anybody get this figured out or do I return it?

I agree with you. I have had my versa for 4 months and it has never given me the correct sleep. I have had many emails from Fitbit about this problem.I don't think they know how to cure it.

Well, they should stop selling them for starters. I guess I'll downgrade back to the working one? Geez
