Hi all,
I recently purchased a Versa, mainly because of the smart alarm feature (I love waking up like that). It's worked like a charm in the 3 weeks I've had it - except that it failed twice.
Today, I had it set to 05:49am, with smart alarm activated, set to be active every day. So I expected it to vibrate between 05:19 and 05:49 - but it didn't. I woke up at 06:14 naturally, confirmed by the app.
I double checked everything. The alarm is correctly set and still active, and the app confirms I woke up at 06:14. Not even a spike/wake up say at 05:30, which I assumed could have happened (me waking up and turning off the alarm without noticing).
What is going on here? 2 failures in 3 weeks is more than I want from such a device.
Cheers,
Markus

@mscharno, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa's alarm stopped working properly since it didn't vibrate at the time you set it for. I totally understand how you feel about this.
In order to fix this issue, restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try turning off the alarms and turn them back on. Finally, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
