Versa special edition, notifications work intermittently

Hi, ive bought a versa special edition and ive noticed that notifications from My phone sometimes work perfectly but all of the sudden they stop. Ive tried everything (turning device on/off, Bluetooth) but it's really annoying, can anyone help me?

Hi, thanks, next time mention your phone directly and we can try to help you immediately 😀. As you've probably read, iPhone users are suffering from the same problem due to the upgrade to iOS13, but also some Android users suffer from these problems due to the latest Firmware update, so two problems with the same result. What you can try to fix your notifications problems is the following: See this answer about the same problem with a Pixel 3, regards kuzibri
