Hi all.
I have a three month old Versa Special Edition which I love. Up until March 1st everything was going fine with it.
Since then I can't get it to sync with my Huawei P20. I know someone is going to say that my phone is not on the list of compatible phones and I know that. What I don't understand is how come it has been fine for the last three months?
I've tried so many different "solutions" that I have read on these forums, all to no avail. I'm now wondering if it is time to contact fitbit support/ customer service.

Same issue.. suddenly went to logo screen and won’t do anything. I have tried restarting it multiple times and it only stays on the logo screen apart from when syncing I get the passcode then it returns to fitbit logo

I have the same issue between my special edition versa and my iPhone. I have followed all the instructions and I even tried setting it back to factory settings. I go to add it back to my profile one for it to find it, send the code and have the code disappear within seconds, and then tell me there is a communication problem.

Hi,
The only thing I had to do was to sync it with my old iPhone 5.
It wasn't until I received notification of your message that I decided to try and sync it to my Huawei P20 and lo and behold it synced without any problem.
Don't know how long it will last but at least it's syncing again.
