Versa special edition won't turn on or take a charge

Hi,

It just been a month I bought this Versa special edition watch and it stopped working all of a sudden. I tried changing it for more than one hour but no luck. There is no response from device. The device is synced with Samsung A7 phone. I bought this from Best Buy USA and currently I am using it in India.

Your help on this is appreciated.

@NJ10, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa (special edition) since it won't turn on or take a charge.

 

I would like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger.

 

In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
