Started yesterday when my screen started showing faded lines running from top to bottom of screen with no other content showing. Every once and a while I could push a button and my clock would show. But in less than 24 hours, much screen is now completely blank. It's not responding to restarts or to being put on the charger. No issues are showing up in the app. My Versa is just over a hear old and I've never had any other issues with it.

@Jteish , welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with your Versa's display not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. It does seem odd as this issue wasn't immediate but took some time to completely affect the display. I would suggest you try changing the clock face if the device is still syncing but I believe this is a different issue so I also created a ticket for you. This way our Support team will assist you via email.
@NellyG thank you for letting me know about this.
Let me know how it goes.
