About six weeks ago my Versa started to die after a few hours of use. I would charge it over night, put it on around 5.30AM, and by 1PM it was completely dead. I did not have the face lit the whole time, only about twenty times an hour (I'm a nurse so I use the second hand a lot), and I didn't have it set to continuously sync with my phone nor did I have notifications turned on. Now my Versa won't charge at all. I've tried trouble shooting ideas like making sure it's clean and checking connections along the charger, and I think my battery is just defective. Is there a way to get a replacement battery I can install myself? I've only had my Versa since September 2018 and I'm going to be quite cranky if it's just dead and I have to buy a new one.

Hi @srae505 Unfortunately the batteries are not replaceable, but if it is only 6 months old it should still be covered by warranty, so contact Support (link in my signature)
