Versa stats information is blank

Today I noticed that my watch isn't showing any info. Texts come through, but all my stats are at 0 and heart rate shows nothing. It is syncing with my phone still, the stats are correct on the app. I tried restarting several times and even turned it off and on again. Can anyone help? I have a galaxy s8.

As several restarts didnt do it, the next step is a factory reset (settings app and scroll down to About), but before you do that Id suggest you turn the watch off for several hours (settings app, About) and then turn it back on and see if that has fixed it. I found that worked with an annoying glitch I had on my Ionic (I was reluctant to try a Factory reset!) Let us know how you go
