Versa step glitch linked to new clock face

anyone have a fix for their versa not counting steps when they change their clock face? I recently encountered this when using the "Trace" clock face (which is fibit created). The issues doesn't happen immediately but a few days or even after a week of usage. When I switch back to the original clock face, steps start back again. I didnt realize it was linked until I googled it but also highly annoyed since I really liked that clock face and the ability to have step count on the main screen. Any other faces similar but don't cause they issue? Thanks!

that happened to mine early last week! i was already waiting for my new replacement Versa to arrive, since I was having a bunch of other trouble since the last firmware update. But the erasing of steps every time I did a sync almost made me cry! I had no idea it was tied to the Trace clock face (which I love, and have been using for a LONG time)!
