My Versa is a few months old. I tried to update the device’s firmware. Wi-Fi connections were ok. The update failed, several times. The Versa got stuck on partial logo screen. Restarting doesn’t do: when switching the device back on, it gets stuck again on logo.
Highly frustrating and disheartening ...

It seems odd that your Versa would behave like that. Have you contacted Support?
