Versa stop receiving notifications

I've had my versa since it was released and was working fine till 2 days ago. It syncs with my phone through the app but has stopped receiving notifications. I've tried resetting it. Restarting my phone and turning of bluetooth but it still doesn't work

Yes, I am in the same boat. Nothing changed in set up and I did all the tips but no notifications with calls or texts or calendar reminders.

I just got my Versa today and no notifications at first . 2 phone calls later and many resets I can only receive notifications that someone has called. No text notifications ..... another phone call tomorrow? I hope we all get this fixed. I’m a bit bummed. My Fitbit Alta was great

Has anyone checked the Tracker Settings on the app and verified that they have notifications selected for phone calls and texts.

Seems like about 50 times- on our own and w rep on phone. Along w checking of blue tooth
