My versa was working fine until yesterday. My versa will not vibrate at all. I have factory reset the versa, uninstalled and reinstalled/re paired the versa with the fitbit app, checked all settings (set to always vibrate, strong vibration setting, etc) have tried alarms, notifications, test notifications, etc. Nothing works. Actual messages will appear on versa but no vibration

I'm not sure how to access a link in your signature. It does nothing when I click it
Best AnswerCould you please provide the link again? I can't seem to access anything in your post to get me to customer service. I had tried to contact them through the Twitter thing, but I never received a response

Best Answer@graham0519 Just to make sure, did you long-press the left button on your Versa to access quick menu, toggled the Notifications there ON/OFF with a reboot of the tracker in between? If this did not help either, I agree with @NellyG's advice. You can contact Customer Support by following this link.
Best Answer@graham0519 Sorry! Glad @Marrrmaduke provided the link, and he is probably right about the notifications tab on the watch too - that is the most obvious possibility (that I completely forgot about)!

Best AnswerYes, I had verified that button both before and after I factory reset the versa. I even tried checking vibrations using the timer on the versa (I read that somewhere) and it won't vibrate then either. Thank you for your assistance!
Best Answer@graham0519 Thank you for marking my post as a solution, but I will change it to @NellyG's as she's the original author of the solution. 😄 Please keep us posted how your case develops, k? 😄
