Got my Fitbit Versa about a week ago, I've been using the Relax app and it's been working fine until yesterday. It now doesn't have the calibration period at the start, and always says I have a low alignment. It doesn't show my breathing in the background of the circle either, just black. Am I doing something wrong?

@12cuttingj Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear about this issue. Not sure why this is happening but I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.

Seems to be working fine now, took a few days but I didn’t need to clean it or anything, thanks though!
