@Beapea What happens after you input the network manually in the Fitbit app? Do you get any type of error in the Fitbit app? For Versa to connect to wifi, you need to place it in the charging dock. Also, the watch will not connect to certain types of networks. Please check this help article.

Thanks for the suggestions.  I don't know what happened it is working again.  I tried several ideas from  the forum, so I don't know which one worked. but it is connecting now.Missed 2 days.  I need those reminders.

Your good answer and link helped me find the important information that should be MUCH more prominent in the user manual. They are:

  • Wi-Fi won’t work on your watch when the battery level is below approximately 25%.
  • Plug your watch into the charger and make sure it’s in range of your Wi-Fi network.
  • It automatically connects to an available Wi-Fi network when plugged into the charger.

Because I did not know about the lower charge limit of 25% on a watch that is supposed to last 4 - 6 days between charges, I kept losing my Fitbit connection! Fitbit, make this OBVIOUS in the user guide!

By the way, I had to restart Bluetooth on my Android phone, as well.
