Thank you for proving this information regarding the trouble you've experienced to sync your Versa, or to pair it to your account. 

If you're having trouble syncing, could you please confirm if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems? If the device is not being paired to the account, you can also follow the steps listed in this article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Yes it’s working better. I deleted the watch and app. Reinstalled both and it works but slower than I am use to the functions
