the strange thing is  I recorded exercise walking from 1837 hrs about 15 minutes.

App counted this walk in total steps but not showed in step activity.

Already restarted and hope it does not happen again.Stopped counting around 1300Stopped counting around 13001537 steps was counted in total steps1537 steps was counted in total stepsBack to count on 1900 hrsBack to count on 1900 hrs

Thank You,

TA

@Ta_y I think it's still being shown in steps activity. It's just that the scale is each 2 hours. So if your activity was from 18:37 for 15 min it would land it more or less on 19:00 mark. You cannot see calories burnt because your HR wasnt recorded. You are right that the proper way of dealing with this issue is to reboot your tracker.

@Ta_y It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Regarding the time that your Versa stopped counting your steps, my friend @Marrrmaduke is correct. However, is not a normal behavior and I believe there was a little glitch.

As she also mentioned, the restart process is a great workaround for this type of issues. Thank you for trying it out before contacting our forums and proving the screenshots of your app.

Please keep monitoring the behavior of your Versa and let me know if the issue happens again. Make sure to keep your watch with enough battery.

See you later! Smiley Happy
