I have hard reset my app, I have factory reset my versa and started from scratch, firmware update, app update, uninstalled and reinstalled my app, unpaired and re-paired, turned Bluetooth on and off, checked notification settings, made sure I’m not on DND, pretty much every suggestion that I found in the community section…I’ve tried it… and my versa is still not receiving text, calls or any other notifications. I don’t know what else to do at this point. Everything else on the watch works perfectly except for this. HELP!!

there seems to be a bug in the latest Fitbit App, see other posts of people in the forums having the same problem.

Mine and hubby's is doing the same thing and we have an android and iPhone respectively. I hope they fix it soon as I rely heavily on this feature.

Has anybody had any success with this problem yet? I have an android and I too stopped getting notifications such as phone calls and text messaged to my fitbit.

Annoying! Calls are working fine but no text notifications are working. Literally the most important feature for me. Watch is useless at this point 🙄
