Versa stopped keeping time now won't sync

I've had my versa since Christmas... The last 3 days it stopped keeping the correct time, and not just random time zones. Sometimes it would be off by a few hours, other times off by 20-30 minutes. I tried to sync, I tried restarting, I read through old threads with various lists of how to fix the issue and none of them have worked. I even tried factory reset... however, now my phone can't even find my versa. So... I'm stuck with a non-functioning Versa until I figure out how to get it sync'ed to my phone so I can redo the set-up.

Please help!

Hi @MaDeuce  What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

Try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing problems (if you havent already)

I am having the same issue - time wrong, won't sync, useless to me in it's current state.  Have tried every solution offered and nothing works.  This started with the latest update.  No device found, etc.  I absolutely could not be more disappointed - switched from a Garmin and have been extremely satisfied up until now.  I am using Android on a Pixel 2.  I don't see on any of the threads where Fitbit has offered a workable solution or when a workable solution will be made available.  I guess I will go back to Garmin.  Anyone want to buy a slightly used inoperable Versa that I paid good money for.  Fool me once......

I am having the exact same issue.  When trying to add the versa as a new device the four digit code disappeared almost immediately. Almost like the Bluetooth on the watch disconnects before they sync

I have an iPhone Xr. When I first got the watch I had a Samsung Note 5. It had worked perfectly with both phones until just recently.

@MaDeuce It should work with that phone. I will flag a moderator to come and help you.
