Can someone please help? My Versa stopped measuring my heartbeat on 5th August and logging my sleep on 7th August, when I noticed the green flickering light went out. Since then I've been trying everything and read so many of the posts on this forum to get ideas of how to fix it. It's still logging steps but of course not any activity / heart rate.
I've tried rebooting - "soft reboot" using the back and right keys as well as shutting it down completely from the Settings menu - multiple times over the past fortnight. And I've done a complete Factory Reset too. Heart rate is enabled, I've tried turning that on and off and rebooting in between ... nothing.
Around the time this happened my Versa screen had gone "milky" with a white-ish circle in the middle, although that seems to have sorted itself now. I've had other screen issues too - a very pale display screen sometimes - wonder if this is linked somehow?
The only thing I'd been doing different is swimming with it on - we've just taken a holiday.
This was a replacement Versa as my previous one had screen issues too! So annoyed right now.
I'm using the FitBit app on a Samsung Galaxy S8 if that helps.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @katietrueblue.
Thank you so much for taking the time to troubleshoot the issues you're experiencing with your Fitbit Versa. I understand that it is not tracking your heart rate, sleep and the screen is not working properly sometimes. I totally understand how you are feeling as this is your replacement device and you would like to continue enjoying the Fitbit experience without any issues. Since the steps you tried didn't work, I've gone ahead and escalated your case to our Support team, for them to take a deeper look at this. Please keep an eye on your inbox for further instructions.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.

I am having difficulty with heart rate being inaccurate and consequently the calories burn and active minutes are not accurate either. Did a factory reset this morning but am not optimistic. Fitbit also did not show my active minutes or sleep data when I synced. I am in agreement with many here and will be looking for a different tracker.

**Edit** Right after I wrote the message below...suddenly my versa was registering my bpm.**
My apologies for jumping in on this thread but....I'm having a similar issue with my Versa. Yesterday it stopped recording my heart rates. It is still logging steps, calorie burn, etc yet heart rate is 0.
I've tried restarting it, soft resetting it, turning the heart rate monitor off & back on. Tried charging it too! The back lights are still functioning(lit/flashing green).
Nothing is working to get it tracking again. I've already had a replacement sent previously(a few months ago, because my previous Versa had a black screen after about 3 months). Do you have any other ideas for how to get this problem corrected?
Thank you
