I tried resetting it, checked all settings, but can not figure out why my versa is not monitoring my HR or sleep. No green LEDs on back. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

This is what you are going to get from the support: "Here is a 35% discount on a new Fitbit product." That is, if you are past your warranty. My lights stopped working 2 months past my warranty and I did ALL of their troubleshooting tips, even a factory reset on my watch twice. If you search the community comments, this is a very common problem. Sorry, I understand your frustration.
