My versa had been working fine up until recently when the incoming call notifications stopped working. It will buzz at me to tell me I missed a call. It will buzz when I get a text or email. But that's it. I have turned off Bluetooth and turned it back on. I have force stopped the app and rebooted my phone. I have done everything Fitbit suggests, short of doing a factory reset on the Versa itself. I haven't seen anything recent on this, so I am hoping there is another/easier fix for this problem.
