Hi, I updated my versa as suggested by the app when syncing as this was struggling to happen. Now I am able to synch but am no longer receiving message notifications to my Versa device like I was before I updated.
I have tried the troubleshooting guide and there is still no change

I'd like to confirm whether within the steps you've performed, you tried these ones Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones
Also, I'd like to know if the notifications you're missing are all notifications (including third-party) or only your phone's default messages? I had a very similar issue with my notifications after updating the Fitbit app, but I tried toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always".
