I did the software update and then shutdown my versa because I wasn’t getting notifications and now it won’t turn back on. Help!

@amberlee1983, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it stopped receiving notifications and now won't even turn on.
I'd like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
Regarding the notifications issue, let me know what is the brand and model of your phone.

I'm having the same issue and battery was at 75% before powering off. It does not vibrate when placed on the charger. Please assist.
