My Versa stopped receiving notifications a few days ago. I've done a lot of troubleshooting and it still won't receive notifications. It's not even receiving the test call notification. It's still paired to my phone and syncing with the app but I'm not receiving notifications on my Versa. I don't know what else to do.

Not sure if you got your fitbit working. I had this issue a while back I had tried everything including repairing my fitbit with my phone, turning Bluetooth off and on, restarting my phone and fitbit, Uninstaller and then reinstalling the fitbit app. Tried all of the above more than once. What I finally discovered after all of this was the time on my fitbit was one minute off from the time on my phone. I updated the time on my phone to match my fitbit and notifications were working again anytime it stops working, I automatically check to make sure the time is the same on both devices, the male sure there are not fitbit updates and then I sync to the app.

Check that the time on your fitbit matches the time on your device that you have the app on. It's happened to me a couple of times where there is a minute difference in the time and that seems to male the notifications not work.

Mine hasn't been receiving notifications either for about the last 10 days. Have tried multiple things to try to fix. Still doesn't work

I've done everything suggested and it still doesn't work.
When my bluetooth is enabled (I turn off and back on) and I click on Versa 2, it tells me that "an ap is needed for this device."
My phone is a Samsung Galaxy A51.
My fitbit ap is version 3.64
My notifications worked perfectly well up till several days ago.
Thank you!

If the bug is in the App there is nothing you can do to fix it. Concerns most probably Android 3.64.5 and iOS 3.64

They are aware of the bug with the recent fitbit update. Their is nothing you can do but wait until they fix it in next update
So we are just gonna have to be patient at this point

Hi Yojana,
I'm having the same issues as everyone here when I switched from my 4a5g to my 6a5g. I have restarted both phone and watch several times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, unpaired and re-paired the watch and I've done a factory reset of the watch. Some of these I've done several times. I'll get 1 email notification and then they'll stop coming. None of these suggestions have helped. Do you have anything else. Thanks!

Me too...I upgraded to Samsung s22+. I've done absolutely everything that fitbit has said to do all the Wal to completely unistalling everything followed all steps and it still won't receive notification. I did finally get it to pair...but can get it to do anything else!

I have tried all of the troubleshooting and I am having the same problem as everyone else. This needs to be fixed, especially if it's an issue with the app update.

1. to avoid frustration of the support rep making you go through troubleshooting that will not resolve the issue as it IS a bug w/ the latest patch, feel free to copy my opening line.
2. Still no ETR. They "hope to get it fixed soon"
