My Versa stopped receiving notifications a few days ago. I've done a lot of troubleshooting and it still won't receive notifications. It's not even receiving the test call notification. It's still paired to my phone and syncing with the app but I'm not receiving notifications on my Versa. I don't know what else to do.

My Versa 2 gets the time from my phone. I don't see where I can change the time, which is off by mere seconds it seems.

Finally someone acknowledges an issue! I'm honestly not trying to be unkind, nor do I think such an egregious error on the part of Fitbit is an easy fix, but to take an unreasonable amount of time such as this to admit to a problem that in my opinion makes my watch virtually unusable is unfortunate. Going forward I hope that this problem can be resolved swiftly.

I was able to get my text notifications as of today!!! Just went into my app and reconnect to Bluetooth. It actually ask if I wanted to. Very happy.

I am having the same issues. I do get phone call notices, so I guess I'm lucky there. I sure hope they fix this bug. I depend on these notifications! One of the main reasons I have this watch! PLEASE FIX IT FITBIT!

If your device is within Fitbits specifications and you can still get the app from the play store, and you were effected by that last app update. Don't touch the Versa, remove the Fitbit app on your device, remove the Bluetooth settings, reinstall app. You shouldn't have to re-setup the device, just log back into your account and attempt sync, it should ask for permissions, goto notifications and it should ask for permission, once allowed notifications should work. This has worked for some, not all.

Same. Have done all of the things mentioned on multiple forums. It's weird because I only get call notifications, but I get them after I answer the call. Seems like a glitch

I've tried all of these things and have combed through the Fitbit forums for days. I cannot figure out why I am not recieving any kind of notification from my Fitbit Versa 3.
