My Versa stopped receiving notifications a few days ago. I've done a lot of troubleshooting and it still won't receive notifications. It's not even receiving the test call notification. It's still paired to my phone and syncing with the app but I'm not receiving notifications on my Versa. I don't know what else to do.

Fitbits solution is for customers to buy a new product rather than fix the bug.

Same here. They fixed the issue with the Charge but they don't seem interested in versa customers. I not not one fitbit representative has replied to any of our comments !

How did you manage that? They just tell me they understand my frustration. One fitbit worker told me if it was them they would splash all over the social media to get fitbit to reply!

It's clear Fitbit doesn't give a crap. I gave up and bought a Samsung 4 watch. So far, I'm much happier.

What is wrong with the notifications? Not responding on my watch

So I was so excited getting the Versa 4 after my Versa 2 died. Initially, everything works great. After a while, 6-12 hours, notifications stop and the app displays an error to restart your phone. That doesn't work, you have to clear the app's data and log back in. Over and over.
You don't need to uninstall/reinstall at least, but still.
After almost 2 weeks, I got customer support to acknowledge " There's an issue and we're working on it". That's how long it took for them to acknowledge it wasn't user error.
I returned the Versa 4 and got a Versa 3. It has the same issue but for $100 less.
Anyone else still having the issue?
