Versa stopped receiving notifications from my phone

Hello,

My Versa does not consistently send me notifications. Everything was working great this morning and now all of a sudden notifications - this is an ongoing issue where it will work and just stop.

Please help

Hi there @Geoffrey1874, thanks for stopping by and reporting that your Versa constantly stops receiving notifications from your phone, I'll be glad to help you with this. 

Please verify and try the steps below:

  1. Let me know your phone's current OS.
  2. Please confirm that your Versa is syncing to your phone.
  3. Toggle the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage
  4. Verify the `Show Previews` to be on `Always`.
  5. Try the troubleshooting steps recommended here: Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones

No - it sporatic - they will come through and then stop
