Versa stopped receiving phone calls and Whatsapp messaging. Have reconfigured setup over 6 times?

Versa had suddenly stopped receiving phone call and  Whatsapp messages from my s10Note?

No problem at all before..last week.logged in and out many times,set-up many times too.no luck.gets email messages?

Hi @FC6 

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your notifications. The first thing to try is restarting your Versa. Hold down the button for 10+ seconds until you see the Fitbit logo. Then check to see if your Versa is connected to Bluetooth on your mobile. You may need to to forget the device on your mobile and reconnect. You can find more notification troubleshooting HERE.
