Versa stopped recording HR and hourly steps

For some reason the Versa no longer records my heart rate. Love the watch. Any ideas?

I would like you to make sure you did this procedure in order to get your Versa showing heart rate once again. Regarding your hourly steps, please make confirm you've set them correctly by following the steps in this article.
