Versa stopped recording heart rate and sleep data

My sleep data and heart rate data on my Versa stopped recording on Saturday

I have already read through the forums and restarted my Versa a couple of times - I realised the green light was not flashing so restarted again and wiped the sensor.   It restarted flashing but only for about 5 mins. After reading someone had reset it three times before it worked it restarted it a couple more times.

I then did a factory reset and have reset it twice since - the longest I have got the green light flashing for is about 20mins - then it just stops, any thoughts??  It still records everything else...

Same here too. Stopped working 5 days ago. I've tried cleaning it, factory reset, all the other "fixes," to no avail. No HR sensor = no sleep data, which are the 2 things I really liked in this watch.

Am thoroughly frustrated with Fitbit products that last only a couple years, at most.

Glad to know I'm not alone. I'm on the phone with Fitbit right now trying to work this out. If I get any helpful information, I will post it here.

Thanks heaps   - it is frustrating - but obviously not an isolated issue - given the replies I have had

Seems so par for the course with Fitbit. I burned through a few Charge
models, in less than 2 years, before buying a Versa. If they're going to
sell a product that doesn't last long, maybe it should be cheaper.

Well this is disappointing.  Mine is doing the same.

I realized last month that I had been having this issue for awhile. I have tried many times to reboot/restart. It might correct it for a little while - but no longer than a day or so.
