Versa stopped recording the heart rate, none of the remedies in the help article work - the heart rate function is on, the sensor works fine - Versa is reading the heart rate and I can see the current heartrate in the app, too, yet nothing is recording. Restarting and shutting down did not resolve the problem. Versa is under a year old.
