Hi

We have 2 versa watches in our household and both of them stop registering BPM and sleep data. We followed the recommendations on your website. Did the factory reset with no success. Looking for advice. Please help

Thanks for trying to troubleshoot this issue before reaching out. I would like to confirm if you continue experiencing this issue? You can check the complete troubleshooting instructions to resolve the issue with heart rate at What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?

There are several factors that can affect the sleep tracking. For more information, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Hi, have you resolved this issue? I’ve had versa 2 for three days and it only worked properly on the first day. Mine also stopped registering sleep and HR. Also, I cannot install the spo2 clock face. Those are the three main features I want to monitor & the reason I got this upgrade.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @bgo.

Thank you for joining the thread and sharing the issues you're experiencing with your watch. I recommend making sure your watch is updated to the latest version: How do I update my Fitbit device? For more information about SpO2 clock face, please see How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device?

If you continue experiencing difficulties with tracking your heart rate and sleep, please check the troubleshooting instructions from this post
